The new Hirox masterpiece: the new motorized telecentric zoom lens HR-1020E is the result of over 40 years of optical manufacturing and engineering excellence. Combined with the RX-01, intelligent sensors compute in real time the lens zoom information, detect illumination adapters, register XY and Z position and record those conditions to redefine completely the user experience. Large aperture lens provides super high resolution and crystal clear image. Fully motorized zoom lens for easy operation and improved accuracy.

3D Imaging System

Simply adjust the profile slicer to visualize and measure any details on the 3D object: the profile created is like a virtual cross section allowing precise measurements. Using the profile measurement function, it’s very simple to measure height, volume, roughness, angle or radius for example by simply “drawing” a circle with 3 points.

Hirox KH-8700 brings automated functions such as focus control, multi-focus, and 3D profiling which 
allow anyone to easily make repeatable observations with greater accuracy. All the revolution- ary 
functions can be controlled through the user friendly display which is the result of extensive 
ergonomic research.

• Working Distance & Depth of Field

All Hirox lens features long working distance, extended depth of field and high contrast even at 
high magnifica- tion. For example at 160 X magnification 2016 series lenses has a 44 mm working 
distance and at 10000 X magnification 10C lenses still has a 3.4 mm working dis- tance.

• Live Inspection

Smooth live images is provided by 30 frames/s high reso- lution CCD camera which is equivalent to 
real time video with doable buffering.

Hirox Software provides all the user with extensive features that may be desired. There is high 
accuracy binarization display,  lighting  function,  contrast adjustment, strengthen edges, noise 
removal,  split screen display, recording with the timer, record parameters, etc.

• Hirox Lens Adaptor

The drive to see the object more clearly through ad- vanced optical technology has resulted in an 
extensive line of readily interchangeable adaptor units that extend the functionality of the 
lenses.

• Hirox Optics

As a lens maker, Hirox has developed extensive range of different optical lens from macro lens that has magnification of 1 to 60 times, continuous optical zoom lens which extended up to 10.000 x magnification (the highest in the market right now). The patented rotary head adapter allows observation of the conditions of the sides of the object without missing a spot. All these can be done without adjusting the focus and without rotating the lens itself. Another revolutionary development from hirox is ACS function (automated calibration system) that store calibration values for measurement. Thus, everytime operator change the magnification the calibration values will be selected automatically which prevent human error of selecting wrong measurement calibration.
